Adding VIN To Existing Vehicles

You may get an alert about the Last Six Characters of the VIN missing from vehicles associated with your account. If you do, don't sweat it, just follow the steps below!

What Do We Use This Information For?

The Last Six Characters of the VIN are used as a secondary data point to protect your vehicle from incurring invalid violations or from being towed. If your license plate is not visible, has a typo, was stolen or otherwise was not found within our system - we then proceed with looking up the VIN for any matches.

How Do I Update My Vehicle(s)?

In the popup you will be presented with an "Update" button for each vehicle that you own. You can click the button and it will bring you directly to the "Update Vehicle" page.

Otherwise you can head to the "My Account" page and scroll down to the listing of your resident vehicles. In the listing, click "Update Vehicle" for the vehicles missing their VIN. This will bring you directly to the "Update Vehicle" page for that vehicle!
