Resident Vehicles

Additional Vehicle Request

Please follow these instructions to submit an Additional Vehicle Request to add the vehicle to your account:

  1. Visit my.parkingpass.com.
  2. Sign in to your account
  3. From the Dashboard, locate the left-hand side black menu and click on the “My Account” link
  4. Scroll down to the “Vehicle Info” section and click the red “+Add” button
  5. Input all the required details
    · License Plate Number
    · Vehicle Type
    · Year
    · Make
    · Model
    · Color
    · Driver’s License
    · Registration
    · Proof of Insurance
  6. Hit the red “Submit Vehicle Request” button

Once you have completed these steps, your new vehicle information will appear in the “Vehicle Info” section with the phrase “Under Management Review New Vehicle Add Request” next to it. Once approved and a permit has been activated for it, we will be prompted to create a new decal for this vehicle and mail it out to you.
