Denied - Extension

As an account holder, you are well informed, ahead of time, about the impending expiration of your parking permit(s). After multiple notifications, permits are then given a 10-day Grace Period, from the expiration date, to be reactivated before a 15% Late Fee is assessed. We cannot grant another extension past this timeframe.
